The service team were amazing even when I had to give the car back due an improper repair. I also was hoping for a wash but I didn’t. Overall it was a good service

The day after my car was serviced a large base plate dropped off the underside of the car whilst I was driving. This was dangerous. I retrieved the plate and took it directly to your service center at Lookers in Portslade. The panel was refitted. Your staff member was as shocked as I was and was very helpful and courteous getting the problem sorted quickly. This should not have happened.

We had the most positive experience with Carl at lookers in portslade. He listened to our needs and assessed our situation more than we did. He matched us with the perfect car. Choosing a secondhand car is not easy, and Carl made it very easy and safe. He suggested all the extra support that was available for the car once we purchased the vehicle. Unbelievable customer service fantastic advice and a perfect car

Excellent communication with Danny Fitter and while "very pricy" (compared to the minor price of two exchanged wheel sensors which were faulty) the fault which haunted us has not re-appeared since collecting the car and as of now all in good order so your team has apparently investigated and diagnosed the cause and remedied it to our fullest satisfaction.
