Wonderful customer service

Everything went as planned - appointment made without difficulty, car dropped off with no difficulty. Ready on time as promised and all work done. Particular kudos to the staff member who cleaned it so well.

Arriving at Mercedes-Benz to drop my car off for an airbag replacement I could not find any car space to leave my car. I asked a young chap from the service area if he knew where I should leave my car. He suggested I reverse back to a designated area for cars requiring servicing. I think he saw my look of “hope all these cars will be safe!” He then very kindly asked if I would like him to find a space and park the car. I couldn’t give him the car keys fast enough 😂 well done young man (had a foreign accent if you would like to pat him on the back). All work done and telephone call received within promised time.

Very responsive service. Solved the problems my car’s windscreen wipers and automatic windows have had since new. Very comfortable and clean waiting area and loos. Charming staff. Excellent all round.

Danny accepted my car quickly and later a video of the underside of he car with the car depths with commentary was provided. Danny telephoned me that the Pass MOT and my service plan was completed while a car wash bottle was left inside prior to my collection.
