Everything was well explained, the car had been thoroughly prepared and it didn’t take too long.

Helpful & efficient but on replacing the subframe a rear spring was found to be broken, the car had been in my local garage for a mot the day before & everything was fine apart from the subframe, it cost me an extra £175 that I wasn’t expecting.

We are not local and called around 5pm about an A200 on the website. We spoke to Carl Herrington. He answered our questions and sent over a video of the car. He called us back when he said he would and by 6pm we had paid a reserve for the car. We were very impressed with his efficiency no matter how late in the day it was.We arranged to view the car and Carl was very patient whilst we considered our purchase. The car was in excellent condition and presented well. A couple of things needed to be rectified - but we had confidence and belief that we would be looked after and we were. Carl has been excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends for any future Mercedes purchases.He even recommended a nice Spanish Tapas to visit in Brighton which we did and thoroughly enjoyed.Lookers of Portslade Brighton have exceeded our expectations.Thank you Carl. 😁
