Its a high end product. I hope to come in again and recieve a second handover. Before that I hope to get the lighting ajustment issue sorted, so I can drive safely at night. I trust that the helpful sales person will be given time to do this and answer my emaliled questions.I would like to have given more stars, as the sales person deserves more. But your new computerised system of buying/selling leaves it all to the customer to battle through, with all the risk of making mistakes, the stress of filling in and signing correctly and on time for the busy sales people who send forms out so close to the dealine that I had no choice than to drop plans and fill in send off and hop the best! OK, I did my bit, informed about my details and got the insurance papers ready in good time. But honestly...why do you have sales rooms, if we costumers have to sit at home and sign etc . from your e mailed instructions. I find this very risky as it involves sensitive info. for fraudsters to get their hands on....I ended up at the showroom on the hanover day only to spend another 2 hours re doing the on line paperwork ( not my mistakes) . By the time I got into the car, everyone was exhausted...got a few questions answered, and drove off...two warning lights came on...I emailed back to chec if OK...no responce...two days on...still no responce. If I ever buy a car again. It might as well be on line....Mercedes you have great products and staff!! - look after your sales people, and facilitate to make it a great experience for all!

Beforehand, my vehicle was collected from my home address and returned to me afterwards in a very clean condition. All the paperwork, including my MOT Certificate was in order and I was pleased to receive a video health check on my vehicle so that I could see for myself the condition of my motor-car and whether any issues might be arising now or in the future.

I was kept well informed at all stages of purchase from car enquiry to collection. The car was situated in the Midlands and transported to Brighton valeted, received Gard X treatment and available for collection one week later. Matt was very knowledgable about purchase, DVLA and car controls and was able to answer all of our questions. He was friendly, professional and I would consider this my best purchase experience to date!

It was only for an MOT but you’d think I was spending £20K on a major overhaul ! Treated with tremendous courtesy and a highly descriptive sequence of what will be done.So refreshing to be treated like a customer instead of an irritating interruptor of an employee to employee conversation!Great service and great staff.
