The car was immaculate and everything was ready for me. Matt went through the essential information and settings on the car including getting my phone connected, etc. He also quickly got my existing service contract terminated, which was very helpful.

This time the repair has worked. The car was cleaned and the windscreen wash was topped up - which I was very pleased with. I was also grateful to the nice lady who picked up and returned it to me.However this problem of failed fingerprint recognition took 3 visits to solve. In addition I am still waiting for some touch up paint I ordered and paid for last March.
