The hand over to our first ever Mercedes could not have been more professional or informative both Deborah and James not only showed us in detail everything that we asked but also lots of extra functions that our new A class had to offer and having the car placed in the showroom for us to drive away in made it feel very special overall it was the experience of collecting a new car that we were both hoping for thank you
