Gary at the dealership was great, we walked in not planned and we were looked after really well. Not only by Gary but also by the FOH person. We managed to get a test drive and we could make a decision that evening if we were going for the car or not. Gary gave all the information we needed. Unfortunately we went with a different brand this time but I've had Mercedes in the pasts and really love them, but the other brand had more features I was intereseted in
