I was seen by James Gautrey and brought a Mercedes A Class Saloon. Initially I had a car in mind which was with a dealership you didn’t deal with and so James assisted me to find another one which was very similar but a nicer colour. The service from James was faultless. He was extremely thorough, professional and personable. I at no point felt pressured to make a decision but was given all of the information to make an informed choice. James has been in contact since to find out how I am finding the car which I felt a very nice added touch. Very grateful for James help and support, an asset to your team.
