We came to look at a GLC whist on holiday in Kent. We were made to feel very welcome. Your staff even arranged to park our car in the shade whilst we had a test drive so that our dogs did not get too hot. Oliver continued to make enquiries for a possible match after we left the area. The service was accordingly excellent.

I have ben driving Merceds Beenz since 2009 My Wife startd driving Mercedes Benz in 2020 Our overall experience (21 years combined) was barely satisfactory .. ! My wife almost lost Trust in the brand ... I still have Faith in the Brand .. I learned driving in 1969 on a C Class (1964 model) .. ! However; the response of the team in Canterbury (Richard & George) to all of the above; Has restored my wife's trust .. And rewarded my loyalty to the MB brand ... We still have a 2017 B Class that needs replacing (it did 92,000 miles so far) .. And since my Wife fell in love with the B Class that replaced our (Factory Faulty) C Class; I have the Green Light to replace the 2017 B Class with another Mercedes Benz (May be another B Class or a C lass Estate) .. So hopefully my next exchange will be with the Canterbury team although I usually search Nationally ... Thank you Richard & George Salah & Salma Alhassan

Always well looked after by James Bean, who takes the time to get to know his individual customer's and what they are looking for. I never feel rushed or pressured into making a decisions and this makes buying a car a positive experience.

The customer service we received from James was excellent. Nothing too much trouble, and explained all about the company service in detail. He worked hard trying to find a vehicle within what was available to him, but unfortunately we found what we were looking for elsewhere. Would defiantly recommend Mercedes Canterbury.

I find the Canterbury premises / staff, friendly, warm and intimate. Unlike, larger branches that are clinical and corporate. They are also cold, impersonal and make you realised how much money is made by Mercedes from your custom. I am also sad to learn that I can no longer buy a new car from Canterbury. In addition when I walk into a large dealership I feel like I am intruding, a very uncomfortable situation.)
