I had to have a service and mot do to my beloved Mercedes on arrival I was greeted by a lovely lad called Tyler he booked my car in and.gave me a schedule curtsy car on receiving this car it transpired that it was an electric car 😱 I had quite a bit of anxiety over this car but Tyler was extremely professional and reassuring regarding my anxieties about this car On there service mot side I was very impressed with the visual health check given Give star and when I came to collect my car my car ran like a dream as like when I first purchased perfect service and passed mot no problems I also needed a software update but this needs to done In A two day period Tyler’s went above and beyond in booking this for me and also making sure that I received a petrol/diesel car for my curtsy car when this work needs to be carried out Tyler is a credit to Mercedes of Canterbury nothing was to much and regardless of my anxieties he remains pleasant and professional thankyou tyler your a star ⭐️ I lookforwd to being my car back to Mercedes of Canterbury they are the best Mercedes dealership in Kent and you can be reassured that the job will be done properly
