When booking the appointment via telephone (call centre) I asked for an express slot due to being heavily pregnant and when I got there the express slot hadn’t been booked however the dealership managed to get me back on the road as quick as possible. I was told a minimum 3 hours initially but within two hours work was done and car was washed. So very pleased
