I thought the finance options are so poor and compare badly with other products that I will either self finance or go to another Company for the finance on my car.

Seating area for people arriving as there was an elderly couple behind me, they weren't waiting long but I couldn't and they couldn't see any extra seating.

I was told that the service would be Express 1 hour but infact it took 1hr and 40 minutes .Rather than seat in the waing room I would have and will go into canterbury next time.Disappointed.

My experience was really positive, I have a cheap car with a limited budget and I was treated as if I had a new S class, lovely staff and very efficient

All fine other than the car was supposed to be cleaned after the recall work but it wasn’t.

Eco fault not fixed despite being assured that it had been. Also not happy that a part required will be at least a month coming
