YES, IT WOULD BE GREAT IF WHEN ASKING A CUSTOMER TO TAKE A SURVEY THAT YOU SPELL THEIR NAME CORRECTLY! I EXPECT ATTENTION TO DETAIL FROM MERCEDES. IT IS ELEANOR NOT ELENOR.

Whilst my irritation was apparent at having to return my car for a fifth time with a recurring restraint system failure, the service desk staff remained polite and sympathetic and took time to explain to me why this recurring fault hasn't been fixed in previous visits.Hopefully fifth time lucky!
