Efficient & great service from Mark Stone when the vehicle was in for service

Fantastic service from the two gentlemen on the front desk, Adam and Kevin I believe. Dealt with me quickly and professional - they even remembered what coffee I have and made it for me when I arrived.

Sadly having made an appointment to buy the new C200 AMG premium plus, we were greeted with a 35 minute wait. At which point we approached a member of office staff to be informed the sales person was at another branch collecting a used car. 1 coffee later a young sales person guided us through the range. I have to say his attention to detail and helpful approched meant we purchased the car. I guess this showed that those who care get the sale. Our over all experience concluded excellently If I could name the young sales person I would but managememt will know who he is by his performance I'm sure. The recall was dealt with quickly. An appointment made within 3 working days. The car was thoroughly checked for any other faults and returned to me washed and valeted. The Covid security was extremely efficient. I waited in a comfortable space, was offered a drink and updated on the progress of the service.

All of the staff I dealt with were friendly, professional and accommodating. Had I not been contacted back and treated so well at every step I would never had gone for a test drive and a week later driven away in my new car.
