Usual good on time service, but gone are the days of welcome..."good morning Mr Racher " etc....robots next?...and when spending grand dollops on regular but routine servicing I am used to Mercedes providing a car wash and valeting service.....Just another customer I guess who cares eh?

Pleasant, efficient & professional only downside was the car was unable to be washed due to COVID which is fully understandable.

The experience was fabulous, the care during this unprecedented times was fabulous , brilliant replacement car the staff were very kind and considerate going the extra mile making my young grandson feel very welcome also giving him bottled drink and making him feel important too. The measures in place for the covid were exceptional the whole experience from start to finish was so professional and I certainly would recommend lookers of Canterbury the attention to detail, the service, hospitality and client care was fabulous .

Car was collected at indicated time, service and minor repair carried out and car returned promptly. Phone communication with dealership as usual pleasant and helpful.

all well except it is the first time since 1987 since using the garage that my car was not cleaned before I collected it.

Overall no problems but i wish radio was not played around with, it happens every time, wish instead if they wish to play radio, they turned it off when the car was brought back.
