I am disabled but I have always run a MercI had a problem with the car your engineers searched for the problem but it could not be found, I can only think the problem was a one off from the computer.My 1972 220D saloon ran over a 1,000,000 miles on chauffeur drive with no breakdowns a very cheap car to run, I did hear a taxi driver in Greece did 2,900,000 miles.I was not charged 1p for all the effort that was put into the search, again a cheap car to run, the only punishment for running this car as an old man on his way to 90 is the insurance.

Would have been excellent if I had been greeted and advised of proceedings on arrival rather than being left to find my own way around.

The salesperson made sure I understood everything and connected up the apps. The car had been fully valeted and had 70% fuel as well

Very informative whilst being relaxed and not forced. There was no rush and we were encouraged to explore the car and ask questions about functions as well as any elements of the paperwork we were unsure on. It felt like our purchase and handover was special and important even though they must do this all the time - it doesn’t happen often for us and this was recognised and appreciated.
