As usual, the service ( not just what they did to the car but the whole experience was excellent.

I missed a called at the end of the work day but no message was left. Thus I drove to Sturry the following day to be informed I needed to rebook my appointment as the part was weeks away from arriving. Second attempt was perfect however, even gave it a clean. Courteous and professional team, assisted with parking issues and all was splendid

Good and courteous service care

I was a bit concerned about this the car's 3rd service as my experiences over the 2nd service ware not good. However, from the welcome, checking the work to be done and the courtesy car were excellent. I have to commend John who took care of everything in a polite and very professional manner. I found out later that he was the only person in charge of Servicing and was dealing with upwards of 30 cars for servicing a day. If I was responsible for the Sturry site I would find some way of acknowledging just how invaluable John is to the smooth running of the site's servicing requirements.

Olly Tanton was immensely helpful. unfortunately we couldn't find the car I wanted, but he did everything he could to help
