Mechanically very good as usual but Looker's system of settling accounts is poor.As a customer of Vikings for over 30 years I should be trusted to pay my bills promptly and without fuss. However I was not allowed to settle the bill by phone ( as I had done before Looker's came on the scene ) with my driver having to bring out a credit card machine to my house which did not work. Eventually I was allowed to pay the bill online direct to your bank account. A lot of time and hassle was unnecessarily wasted , frustrating for me and the unfortunate driver.

Olly and the team were very efficient, patient and welcoming. Do want to add I enjoyed the coffee too :) I didn't feel I was being sold to, but the team were able to find me the perfect car and make some great recommendations when I was unsure of what I wanted. I will for sure recommend them to friends

My 'while you wait' appointment was for 9am but the car wasn't looked at until around 10.30am or maybe later. I appreciated not having to go out with the engineer and having to hope that the rattle occurred. The car was taken out and the rattle was efficiently sorted.The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of refreshments but I'd have liked a progress update as I ended up leaving around midday I believe.Overall, very good (the problem identified and rectified) but a bit more communication would have made the experience better.
