Olly and the team were very efficient, patient and welcoming. Do want to add I enjoyed the coffee too :) I didn't feel I was being sold to, but the team were able to find me the perfect car and make some great recommendations when I was unsure of what I wanted. I will for sure recommend them to friends

My 'while you wait' appointment was for 9am but the car wasn't looked at until around 10.30am or maybe later. I appreciated not having to go out with the engineer and having to hope that the rattle occurred. The car was taken out and the rattle was efficiently sorted.The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of refreshments but I'd have liked a progress update as I ended up leaving around midday I believe.Overall, very good (the problem identified and rectified) but a bit more communication would have made the experience better.

I was able to drop my vehicle off quickly, the person handling my case was efficient and paperwork ready for the MOT, MOT was completed quickly, free heath check video very useful.Dropped one star for 2 reasons 1) parking was quite tight 2) the reception area is a little strange - masses of open space (reminded me of prime COVID days)
