I had the most amazing experience when I dropped my car off and when I collected it. Chris was so friendly, polite and professional. When I collected my car he explained everything that was wrong with the car and I asked if I can get the work done through Mercedes there and he looked in to it all for me and gave me a break down of everything. Chris went above and beyond and he was very approachable and knowledgeable. They even washed my car which I didn’t expect. I will be getting the work done through Mercedes at Canterbury as I feel I trust them and I had a very good experience, Chris is an asset to your team. I also bought 2 Mercedes key chains as I have 2 cars with you and can differentiate the 2 key fobs and the gentleman who served me was very professional and friendly. I have to say overall my experience was very good there and I left very happy and grateful with the service I received start to finish.

James was very helpfull in finding the car for me.

From start to finish the whole team were excellent, answered all queries and explained everything in detail. As I was travelling from far even had my home address entered into the sat nav before I even got there. Really great experience and first class service from James and the rest of the team. Will be buying next car from them again in the future! Also managed to squeeze in some shopping whilst in Canterbury :)

Had my MOT and booked to stay whilst they did it. I was told it was be 1-1 and half hours it was 2 hours which is fine.However my car was sat outside on the forecourt for about 30 mins after the MOT before anyone came and saw me to say my car had passed, I checked online to see the result for myself.

Olly was knowledgeable, pleasant, punctual but unfortunately the car wasn’t completely up to scratch

Lookers service dept provided a good all round service, with collection and redelivery of my vehicle included. I would have given this a five star rating, but communication was lacking.
