Guy who collected the car from home and returned it was excellent. Whilst the car was in the garage we were kept informed about the progress and all was done on time.

It was necessary to fit two new tyres. One was on the wrong pressure and I had to adjust it. One other tyre was missing the valve cap and I will need to buy another. Various settings were different to how I had left them. For example, I normally drive in the Comfort setting but I discovered when I was inflating the new tyre that the car had been put on Sport mode. Various other settings had been changed. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the Service and valeting.

Received a recall letter the day I had my service but unfortunately after I had my service completed. Thought maybe they would have had the details at the dealership of the recall. Means another visit to the Canterbury dealership.

I was left waiting on the phone for hours trying to contact Mercedes Assist UK. In the end the RAC technician gave a phone number for Mercedes Assist in Holland which answered the pone within a couple of rings so that I could arrange a replacement vehicle. This is terrible service for the UK. Lookers of Canterbury themselves had to wait upto 4 hours to get through.Once the car was in the dealership the breakdown was resolved quickly
