Very patient & professional. As this was our first experience of driving a automatic vehicle we were inducted with care & attention to detail.Another nice touch was the 7 day insurance so well done guys for all your help 👍

Kevin, the advisor who served me was great however the Time frames of services when booking needs to be looked into.When booking it says you can wait and it will be an hour that is never true it more like 2-3 hours. Dropped my car off at 10 and had booked to wait for the car but was told it would be 2-3 hours wait. I didn’t get a call to say it was ready until 12:30.

I think communication could have been a lot better whilst my car was in. I was told 4 days when I booked and dropped off my car but by the end of day 4 I had heard nothing about my car. I had to phone on Friday morning to find out the status. Got told it would be ready to collect at 14:00 but when I arrived I had to wait a further 45 mins. I appreciate things sometimes take longer but it would be helpful for this to be communicated. Also once my car was completed and move out the front of the dealership, after 10 mins I had to approach reception to say well I think it’s done. The response was oh yes Michael was waving the paperwork around go on over. This is not the level of service I expect. If my car is ready I expect to be informed not left sitting there waiting unnecessarily .

My overall experience with Mercedes Lookers was great. My original visit was for a recall and after inspection - it was found to be ok, however I had issues with my side mirrors of which I spoke to a Service Advisor and was told on the recall visit they will take a look.The whole process was smooth and productive. The Service Advisor was very informative, clear, concise, friendly and very helpful. On getting feedback Re: the mirrors and the cost (of which I fell of me chair) ...he provided me with options that would not break the bank where I could pay via increments....which assisted in my decision. A BiIG THANkYOU to Michael for your great exemplary customer service and all the other Staff at Mercedes Lookers for making my experience easy, assured and relaxing. Keep up the great Service

Sean Seeney sold us our car after visiting all the other dealerships in Canterbury. We had by far the best experience with Sean, him and all the team are absolutely brilliant at their jobs and it was a pleasure to visit the showroom.

When the car was originally booked in for a re-call on the panoramic sun roof I was told while the car was at the dealership any on board updates would be carried out at the same time,When the dealership phone to tell me the panoramic sun roof was fine and did not need any work carried out i asked about the updates as the car is sixteen year old and dose have the engine management light come on occasionally he said that service is £189.00 so may be i miss understood
