On both visits the customer service was excellent from Kevin and Michael - firstly for a service with the second visit to have work completed identified by the inspection as well as fitting new tyres and associated balancing. Both of your representatives were professional and friendly plus portrayed a good impression of the company.

Lookers had to refit a belly plate after the upgrade. This caused a little amount of inconvenience but these things happen. I was very much looked after by Mark and received a Mercedes hat for the inconvenience that has been caused.Well done Lookers.Lincoln

I would like to thank Kevin Day who was exceptionally polite and efficient with the service on the day. He is a great asset to the dealership.Just to note for reference, I was never told about a payment for a hire car when I arrived to pick it up. This fee was wavered but in future, if the charge is to happen, then a customer needs to be told in advance.Otherwise, an excellent service. Thank you.

Very patient & professional. As this was our first experience of driving a automatic vehicle we were inducted with care & attention to detail.Another nice touch was the 7 day insurance so well done guys for all your help 👍

Kevin, the advisor who served me was great however the Time frames of services when booking needs to be looked into.When booking it says you can wait and it will be an hour that is never true it more like 2-3 hours. Dropped my car off at 10 and had booked to wait for the car but was told it would be 2-3 hours wait. I didn’t get a call to say it was ready until 12:30.

I think communication could have been a lot better whilst my car was in. I was told 4 days when I booked and dropped off my car but by the end of day 4 I had heard nothing about my car. I had to phone on Friday morning to find out the status. Got told it would be ready to collect at 14:00 but when I arrived I had to wait a further 45 mins. I appreciate things sometimes take longer but it would be helpful for this to be communicated. Also once my car was completed and move out the front of the dealership, after 10 mins I had to approach reception to say well I think it’s done. The response was oh yes Michael was waving the paperwork around go on over. This is not the level of service I expect. If my car is ready I expect to be informed not left sitting there waiting unnecessarily .
