I'm a regular Lookers customer and we always have 2 Mercedes cars in our household for family and business use. I was after a CLS this time and James Bean was excellent in helping me with this latest purchase. Richard Gravell also worked his usual magic and has been looking after us for the past 10 years. I had an MOT done. One of my tyres was almost at the legal limit for depth of tread. I had expected to be told this and asked if I wanted to have a new tyre fitted. I was not. Maybe you did not have one in stock?

The service and communication was excellent by my sales Manager (Sean Seeney) nothing was to much trouble and he kept in contact constantly updating me on the process. All plans were discussed, he allowed time to consider each item, with no added pressure.

As always the dealership and staff are very informative, explain what work has been done and why. Easy friendly booking system and a great health check video that is sent to keep you updated on wear and tear and any signs of problems beneath the car.
