I'm a regular Lookers customer and we always have 2 Mercedes cars in our household for family and business use. I had an MOT done. One of my tyres was almost at the legal limit for depth of tread. I had expected to be told this and asked if I wanted to have a new tyre fitted. I was not. Maybe you did not have one in stock?
