The service and communication was excellent by my sales Manager (Sean Seeney) nothing was to much trouble and he kept in contact constantly updating me on the process. All plans were discussed, he allowed time to consider each item, with no added pressure.

As always the dealership and staff are very informative, explain what work has been done and why. Easy friendly booking system and a great health check video that is sent to keep you updated on wear and tear and any signs of problems beneath the car.

The service received from Canterbury was very good, however, the booking was awful.The car was booked into Canterbury (email confirmation received) on 7th February 2023 but when I got to Canterbury they did not have me on their diary! It turns out your communications centre booked me into Eastbourne !!!! The next available time was 15th February, the day before i was due to go on a holiday. On that day the car failed its MOT because of a faulty part relating to the Adflow. This part was not available and not in the country.Consequently my vehicle was off the road for nearly 3 weeks until the part arrived.I am not impressed ! Had the vehicle been seen on the original date it could have be dealt with in good time. Also the car was still under warranty up to 7th March 2023.Also I had booked the car into the cruise car park and had to make other arrangements to get to Tilbury. As a result of that it is my intention to reclaim the cost of the car park of £154.I will be sending the paperwork to Canterbury for attention.

Our whole experience from start to finish was very positive, all the staff were so friendly and very welcoming, James Bean who dealt with us was brilliant and so knowledgeable , he kept us up to date with all the progress along the way and was extremely patient with myself to learn all about the car and how to operate all the tech within the vehicle .
