I still think the customer could be made to feel more valued. For example, when I had to wait for a member of the service team I was not offered any refreshments. The showroom was pretty much empty and I think it would have been good to have been asked if I wanted a drink and for one to be provided. Your competitors at Lexus do front of house much better.

overall it was a first class experience, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful , everything was explained to me, i waited in warm comfortable surroundings , i have no complaints at all regarding my visit,
