Friendly and professional team.Mark was considerate of my budget and explained the various purchasing options available to me. A deal was quickly sealed!Some minor faults to the car however these were rectified and now I can enjoy the experience of a Mercedes car!

The service received was excellent. Merc Canterbury is in our short list when we are next ready for a change our car.

As the vehicle only has a annual service there is a tendency to recommend replacing parts before they really need to be replaced

I find it difficult to understand why when just having one alloy wheel repaired the vehicle has to be with the dealership for 5 days.Also when I returned to collect the vehicle it had not been valeted as promised so I had to go away for 40 minutes so this could be done. I had initially been told the vehicle was ready for pick up at 9.45 am and didn’t actually go to collect the car until 3.30pm so there had been more than enough time to valet it.
