I was so pleased that the 'Collect and Return' option had returned (taken away last year). Saves lots of hassle on the day, for example a three hour round bus journey after dropping off car & return again to pick up.

I visited the dealership for an assessment of corrosion within the rear subframe. No official evidence was given regarding the condition other than a verbal assessment and a review opportunity next year post MOT

Visit was for 1st MOT. I elected to wait - but on arrival was offered an engine upgrade over internet - this took approx 2 hours and thus extended my wait to approx 3 hours.Waiting area was quite cold in showroom area which was empty as new cars apparently not being sold from canterbury now.I’m pleased to have the upgrade downloaded but prior warning would have been welcome

The staff at the dealership were very helpful and polite, the car was repaired on time to a good standard and was cleaned after it was worked on, they even topped up the washer bottle, overall really impressed

As a result of the good service received, I may come back for any future needs.

Jon Rogers was extremely pleasant and helpful from the moment we walked into the dealership. He quickly sourced us exactly the car we were looking for, which was at another branch, but kept us fully informed of progress in delivery and preparation. The hand-over took place at the appointed time and was both pleasant and informative. We are highly satisfied with the car and have nothing but praise for Jon's "people skills" and professionalism.
