James was fantastic throughout and helped me for months to find my ideal car within my budget. I can't fault the sales service at all.My only gripe is that the actual showroom is very poor quality in comparison to other dealerships in the area and would benefit from investment to make it more comfortable for customers.

Not happy that I was informed in writing it was an A Service and MOT at £335 and it turned out to be a higher grade service at a much higher cost incurring another c£400!

My car had gone in to have one alloy wheel refurbished so I do find it difficult to understand why this should take a week to be carried out and why the car had to be left at the garage for this time. I feel this work should be done in a shorter time frame. Added to this having been told the car would be valeted inside and out by the time I collected it I was disappointed that this had not been done. Expressing my disappointment at this poor service I then had to collect the car 30 minutes later so the valeting could be carried out.

Sean Seeney is an excellent member of your team, all of the staff made us feel welcome but Sean service was excellent.On picking up the car he went through the paperwork and then the car to confirm I was happy with everything. Will definitely consider the drive to pick up another car from you.Regards peter brown
