Excellent service and professionalism. It was delayed because of a lack of courtesy car but apart from that, very good service.

I was looking at three similar vehicles at 3 Mercedes dealers across the country, all of whom offered a good price. However, in the end I chose Lookers because of Sean Seeney’s superb and responsive customer service- knowledgeable, candid and honest without distracting sales speak. On the car/deal alone I should have gone to my local Mercedes Cambridge dealer but this sales approach made the difference.
