The software update was a recall , however , the branch tried to pass a lot of the risk to the owner of the car vs Mercedes owing the risk of the software update eg Question relating to the car having previously been remapped , which for most users we dont know if we have not had the car from new and surely something that can be established by the dealer by checking the ECM settings

unfortunately while looking for a vehicle, I had to cut short my intentions due to emergency hospital appointments. I will have to postpone my inquiries until the new year.All went well with my visit and was looked after from start to finish, as I have always been.

Unfortunately although there was a vehicle available to suit my requirements it was a used product. I was however offered an alternative vehicle type new product and gave serious consideration to this. However the brand was in competition with BMW for my business and they able to offer a new product straight from the showroom. Can I congratulate Jon Rogers sales executive at your Canterbury dealership who tried to accommodate my requirements offering a variety of options. He was more than professional in all aspects of our negotiations

I arrived early and as soon as the dealership opened there was a knock on the window and I think the guys name was Michael told me they were good to go. Nice reception area. Fault identified and I was informed. Fault rectified really quickly. Highly recommend this dealership

Positive comments: overall service was good and the staff were polite and friendly. Thought it was a nice touch when the manager came out when i was waiting to be seen and asked if i needed anything. The advisor explained the benefits of the service plan which I purchased on the day.Negative comments: had real trouble trying to speak to someone at the dealership beforehand. Every time I called I would get transferred to the dealership and I eventually gave up whilst on hold.Never received the video report, this was discussed with the advisor at the time and the he confirmed that he couldn't get onto the system, I thought the video would eventually be received but alas it didn't.
