Very pleased with our purchase the GLA200d . The salesperson we dealt with James Bean was knowledgeable and not pushy - excellent service all-round including follow up calls to check how we where getting on with the car and minor queries dealt with swiftly. We drove from Norwich for the car and would most definitely do it again. Very professional service from all the team.

I was informed of two minor issues during the B service. A bulb in the headlight Dimmer and a small oil leak. I was not informed whether a further visit would be advisable or when that visit could take place. Overall though polite and efficient service Cheers Derek

The experience this time was excellent; after complaining the car air bag recall was fixed very quickly and given priority and returned washed and clean (does not always happen). When booking centrally, rather than with the local Lookers, the service is not so good; there is no discussion with the customer as to whether you want a “drop and go” appointment or whether you want priority and wait for the car; it is not a personal service at all.

I was welcomed at reception by very pleasant lady and introduced to Michael Doyle when bringing my C Class for its service and MOT ! At all times l was treated with politeness and courtesy . On collection of my car later in the day l was amazed at how clean it was both inside and out !
