In January this year, you MOT my E-class E350. Video etc. All fine. As I only purchased the car in October 2021 and was told it had been serviced, So when car info said service was due I rang you.Unfortunately there was a 3 to 4 week wait. Each day the car info added each day, There was no history, so you had mentioned the gearbox fluid should be changed at 6 years. Concerned I booked the car locally for an immediate service and you for the gearbox fluid change. There was still a 2 to 3 week wait. As I was going away, I managed to get a friend to drop off and pick up the car. I still received the video and Jack appeared to do a thorough job, road test etc. Michael was also instrumental in ensuring all went smoothly. Apart from the extra long wait, and having to use another opperator for the service, all went well. I am still away, return mid November, so unable to test the car. I'm sure all will be fine. Well done.

There was a slight problem - unknowingly generated by myself due to a lack of knowledge about the car. The Service Assistant, Leezac Robinson, was exceedingly helpful for helping to sort my problem. I am delighted with the help he provided and am most grateful to him. Thanks a lot.
