Michael, as my service advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable and made a point of fully understanding a minor issue I had with my car. He then ensured the issue was thoroughly investigated.When I mentioned I would struggle to pick up my car later in the afternoon, he managed to get all work completed, and car ready for pick up at lunchtime.Michael was thoroughly professional, friendly and customer focussed. A credit to Lookers.
