Really impressed by the knowledge and experience of both Richard and James. Both extremely committed and helpful, using their knowledge of the cars and the finance packages to provide us with advice. Integrity rather than overt salesmanship shone through and helped us in really trusting the dealership.

The car came in for warranty work which had been picked up during a recent annual service.The chap picked the car up on time and it was returned later in the day with the problem corrected. I have no complaints with the service given

I’m the video the mechanic said an advisor would call, as the video raised an advisory relating the my rear tyres however nobody contacted me. I would have liked a call as I would have requested they were changed. This advisory was not mentioned when I collected my car.

Few times there, but never get my car cleaned after a visit. Other main dealers like Sytners and Mercedes Benz Retail Group, always return the car after a good clean :).Other than, service is reasonably priced and up to the standard.

The waiting area was comfortable and well equipped with tea, coffee and biscuits. The wait for the vehicle to be repaired was not lengthy and the reception staff were helpful.
