I’m the video the mechanic said an advisor would call, as the video raised an advisory relating the my rear tyres however nobody contacted me. I would have liked a call as I would have requested they were changed. This advisory was not mentioned when I collected my car.

Few times there, but never get my car cleaned after a visit. Other main dealers like Sytners and Mercedes Benz Retail Group, always return the car after a good clean :).Other than, service is reasonably priced and up to the standard.

The waiting area was comfortable and well equipped with tea, coffee and biscuits. The wait for the vehicle to be repaired was not lengthy and the reception staff were helpful.

On our initial visit Richard was extremely helpful trying to resolve a problem we had. He also helped and advised us on our return to actually purchase the right vehicle for us. We were also grateful to have Jon being patient with us helping us through the vast paperwork and finalization of the purchase and hand over.
