Unfortunately work could not be carried out on my original booking as they did not have the unique parts for a C63s amg. Found that a bit odd as it had been booked in over a month. So had to return an drop the car off again a couple of days later.Peter (the service assistant) at Vikings, Canterbury is excellent though.

This is the second contact I’ve had with lookers following enquiry over stockSalesmen are too eager to send video communication with terms of service and finance options ratherThey seem far to eager to close a deal than taking time to understand what I’m looking for in a replacement for my SLK

Niggly issues:*At check in I asked about updating my Sat Nav card as it hasn't been update since I had the car 5 years ago. On returning to pick up the car I was told the dealership had had to contact MB to find out what type the factory fitted chip/card was. Can't this be replaced by a standard chip/card.I am still waiting to hear from the dealership 2 days on.😒*On the way home from Canterbury the Warning message came up saying that the key fob batteries needed replacing. 😒*Also failed to advise me the car was ready for collection wasting about an hour+ sitting in the showroom customer service area.😒😒I have now got to take the car back to Canterbury to do this and potentially have the Sat Nav updated. Round trip of about 40 miles and an hours drive.Otherwise, this would have been 5 stars had it been possible to sort out both issues at the time.

My only comment is it would be very nice to have ample parking. Staff are very patient and care full but it can't be easy.
