The central booking system is poor. Twice now I have had repeated automatic reminders to book for a service after I have already arranged an appointment. This wastes my time checking to make sure you have the appointment diarised correctly.

I just had to sign and resign a lot of versions of the finance agreement because of different mistakes.The Canterbury Mercedes dealership is not a very nice space, especially when you pop into Land Rover beforehand...

Great service as usual, only gripe was the cost of the diagnostics - £178 is a lot when most diagnostics are plug-in to the OBD2 port with some further checks. You might want to consider off-setting some of this cost from the final bill in the way some call out charges are off-set if the quoted repair is undertaken. Other than that, as stated, great all round. 👍👍
