Great comucation nice people to deal with great job

When the car was serviced in Mar the adblue was not topped up. When it went in this time, I mentioned this to the service manager who said it would be topped up but nothing happened. The car was returned to me after the repair, and coolant had been spilt all inside the engine bay and over the front of the car and no attempt had been made to vlean it up.

Good service and good customer service am happy

I understand it’s not in Mercedes dealers hand but can negotiate APR with finance companies to go lower rate or match with the own bank is offering the rate.
