The car was taken in for repairs to alloy wheels under Premia Solutions Insurance. When driving home in the evening it displayed the front near side tyre was losing air. The next morning I went to check the tyre only to find the valve had not been tighten up sufficiently and therefore the air was escaping. Took the car to a local tyre dealer to have the problem corrected, as I could not go back to Canterbury. Rang Mercedes Canterbury made them aware of the problem. NOT THE RESULT I EXECTED FROM MERCEDES

Communication would have been a 5* rating except for the poor audio quality on the health check, everything else was exemplary. I needed to listen to it multiple times in order to get the message that my tyre would pass the MoT test, but would need replacing soon - it was very muffled.
