The staff there were so accomodating and informative. Michael assisted us well. We were not bored waiting for our car to be serviced. We will definitely come back and recommend them.

Communication would have been a 5* rating except for the poor audio quality on the health check, everything else was exemplary. I needed to listen to it multiple times in order to get the message that my tyre would pass the MoT test, but would need replacing soon - it was very muffled.

Roxanne in Canterbury is very professional and helped me through getting all the information about the car I was interested. I am in London and the car was in Canterbury. Unfortunately at the end I decided not ro buy diesel car. I felt I let her down by changing my mind about the car.
