Roxanne in Canterbury is very professional and helped me through getting all the information about the car I was interested. I am in London and the car was in Canterbury. Unfortunately at the end I decided not ro buy diesel car. I felt I let her down by changing my mind about the car. I was served by Mr. Peter Robinson when I arrived. He was very thorough in explaining what was to be done. Throughout the morning when I sat in the lounge, he kept me informed of progress of the service. Knowing that I had travelled far, he ensured that my car was taken in ASAP. He informed me that from the B service, everything was OK . He said that the car had then been taken to be power washed and cleaned and would be ready soon.I have always had good friendly attention at MB of Canterbury. I cannot fault anything or anyone there. One reason not to change marque of my next car!.

A day after you changed the tyres, I got a Run Flat warning message and had to reset the Run Flat indicator. Would it not have been better for you to reset the Run Flat indicator after changing the tyres?
