Our car developed Brake sensor problems which were eventually replaced under warranty. This didn’t rectify the problem and in the end a new drive shaft had to be fitted. We received exemplary care and attention from The General Manager, Parts Manager, Service Agents, Engineers, Reception Staff and Car Delivery team members. All our requests were dealt with courteously and all actions taken empathised with our situation and decisions taken were fair and tailored towards responding to the situation we found ourselves in. We cannot speak too highly about all the staff who went out of their way to ensuring that despite our Mercedes M class needing a major repair we were still able to travel from Canterbury to the South Coast to view a house we were set to purchase. An outstanding effort by every member of the team. Congratulations to everyone who helped us and thank you. The Staff at Lookers Canterbury are excellent ambassadors for your Brand and deserve to be recognised for an excellent example of superb customer care.

Had a recall letter from Mercedes and needed my car for a pre-booked weekend. Lookers were able to send a mechanic to my house and carry out the necessary tests on my driveway. Very impressed with the prompt response.

My low score was because , I have a service plan and I was at work on the day ( I walk to work ) when I arranged the car to be collected from home . My hubby was at home , his retired due to cancer . The car was collected at around 12.30 .The man said to my hubby I doubt you will get it back today we have had a member of staff fall off a ladder . My hubby explained he had a hospital appointment the next day.Anyway the car was returned , and no need to have said that I thought .
