We were very disappointed, as we had previously been told that as we have a service plan for 4 years, and intending to extend it as well, that we would not pay for a courtesy car whilst our car was being serviced and having it's 1st MOT. However we were charged £18 for the courtesy car. We know £18 isn't much but when we know that in the past we've never been charged for courtesy cars with Nissan, Ford and BMW, its something we weren't expecting from a company like Mercedes. When we mentioned this to friends and colleagues they were shocked to hear about this from Mercedes. Having said that, we've taken our car on 2 occasions for alloyed wheels repair under our insurance, our car stayed with Mercedes 4 days each time, and each time we were given a courtesy car without charge. This time, we took our car for a service under our plan and were charged £18. Very poor service from Mercedes compared to your competitors. When we pay thousands of pounds for the car in the first place, this kind of aftercare from a company like Mercedes is actually laughable.

Previously I have had several bad experiences with Canterbury and would only use Ashford, however traffic on the M20 forced me to use Canterbury. So moving on my experience with Canterbury was first class and faultless,Good enough to continue our relationship.Speaking out of turn the old Vikings of Canterbury culture has been replaced with good old Mercedes’ values.

The health check video was poor. Because of background noise I couldn't hear what the technician was saying. This was unfortunate as I imagine he was saying that my rear tyres were faulty as were the brakes!Maybe it would help if videos were checked before being uploaded!

I asked for a squeaking brake to be looked at. Assured that changing brakes might fix this but squeak still there

Have only had the car 3 weeks. Wobble on passenger seat, workshop very helpful & have hopefully identified the problem, part is on back order. They will contact when it is received

I thought Peter Robinson was particularly good at his job, and gauging his customers and relating to them. The video of the car is a very good idea, and may be worth improving the clarity/quality of the recording.
