Have only had the car 3 weeks. Wobble on passenger seat, workshop very helpful & have hopefully identified the problem, part is on back order. They will contact when it is received

I thought Peter Robinson was particularly good at his job, and gauging his customers and relating to them. The video of the car is a very good idea, and may be worth improving the clarity/quality of the recording.

My only real issue I had with the service I’d received is, on the Saturday when I’d picked my vehicle up there wasn’t a host to direct me to the seating area, so I was stood around waiting for the advisor to become available.Just something to be aware about.

The overall price quoted for a Service at the start of the process was exorbitant and not a price I was prepared to pay. Having spoken to Mercedes-Benz of Canterbury they were able to undertake the work necessary for the car which I really appreciated. As a 2020 reg plate the overall Service was good but still pricey.

It annoys me that ithas to be serviced after low mileage. Feel it should be 12,000 miles and not every year, especially with reputation of MercedeS!
