I have been delighted with Charlie Blackman's customer service. Charlie is knowledgeable, professional and personable. When I collected the car and pointed out the stone chips, scratch / dimple to the driver's door and damaged front umber plate he advised that these would be remedied at my convenience.

Our Mercedes Representative was excellent in every way, efficient, willing, friendly and helpful. Her level of service could not be bettered.

I have had two interactions with Lookers recently. Enquiry about new/replacement car and booking Service and MOT on current car, so not sure which has resulted in this survey. After waiting 6 months you cannot give me a delivery date for new car which I believe reflects badly on MB rather than Lookers. I would like to know what happened to my April build slot, has it been given to someone who was prepared to pay a premium or taken for a higher value car. No proof but an uncomfortable feeling. But not a good feeling when I am actually spending a lot of money. Booking the service was fine.
