New Car Sales Director--Excellent. Willing to negotiate fair and honest price for the new MB vehicle and our trade. Most of the negotiation was done via texts and phone conversations. The day of our visit there were no surprises on price or trade value. Sales Rep--Excellent. Very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. Provided detailed information regarding the vehicle features; first during the test drive; and then when we took delivery. Finance--Excellent. While the Finance person was new in position, very detailed in completing paperwork and providing an explanation of other services.

There is nothing wrong with Mercedes-Benz. Of Chesterfield’s service default lies in the automobile and the computer software that runs the automobile which has not been remedied as yet.
