The whole experience start to finish was good from when we explained what was wrong with the car. We were kept informed frequently throughout the process on the progress of the repair. Deanne was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Deann, my service advisor, is very good but is over worked. I’m frustrated with the repair. The first time I brought it in, no one knew what the error message I was seeing meant, so no repair. The problem got worse and it was repaired on the second trip. I needed a new starter. The car has less than 70,000 miles!!! And the AC was low on Freon. Neither of these problems should occur in a car with less than 70K miles.

Another excellent experience was with Chesterfield Mercedes' service department and its employees, who work very hard to make it that way.
