Morgan in the service department was very helpful in facilitating my service appointment.

I’ve been to this location about 3x to have my vehicle serviced. Each time customer service was subpar with communication and friendliness. Wait times surpassed estimation and again lack of communication added to the frustration. However, this experience was great! Morgan was extremely friendly with excellent communication, going above and beyond to make sure I understood services needed, explained billing, and let me know what services I would need in the future! She even went above and beyond by noticing my car tags would need to be renewed soon and suggested I get an emissions test while I was there. She was great! I will be asking to speak with her directly from now on!

Patrick really took time to show me several vehicles, demonstrated features and answered many questions.
