Had car towed in due to flat tire and I needed 4 new tires. Dealer only had 1 tire, so I had to wait 2 days. As soon as the tires came in, dealer serviced the car.

After an appointment for a check engine light, it was determined that a part under warranty needed replacement. The part had to be ordered. After the visit, periodically the car did not shift smoothly and an icon - 2 gears and the word “malfunction” - would appear. When I brought the car back and the warranty work was completed, the “gear malfunction” indicator has not recurred. None of the mechanics understood the gear malfunction indicator. Luckily it has not recurred since the last visit. I also have an intermittent AC issue where the unit does not cool but the blower functions. No associated computer error to indicate why. Unlike the gear malfunction indicator, the AC issue is not temporally related to the warranty part issue.

I was loaned a very nice Mercedes. They kept my car for 3 days looking for what made my back up camera work off and on. They did a thorough check. Even though it wasn’t able to be detected. I received first class customer service! They did not disappoint!!
