Super fast and great service. Figured out the issue with the door without any need for replacements and weeks of service delays. I appreciate the technical teams ability to spot the issue, fix it on the spot and get me on the road. Certainly an elite team. Thank you for getting me on the road in 30 minutes while I was told it's going to take weeks, and it had when I had the we issue the first time. I was told by MBUSA that I'll have better service at this location and I certainly did. Thank you.

Much appreicated the ability to call and get an appointment for evaluating a "Low Coolant" warning on the same day. The matter was urgent as I needed to take the vehicle 300 miles away the next day.
