Took me immediately as my car had to be charged to get it started. Once it started, I immediately drove the car to Mercedes Benz service department. Everyone was fantastic especially Morgan Shoemaker. Car was inspected, new battery installed. Car was washed and returned to me in tip top shape. Many thanks to Morgan and all the technicians who serviced my car! This is why I buy Mercedes Benz. Great and knowledgeable people...great car!
