First and foremost I've gotta say that the people that work here are all about the customer and they will move mountains to make the customer happy. I dealt with Marc Young who is a great guy, super knowlegable when it comes to any car in there and very honest and an all around Gentleman who really gets it.

Staff is great; pricing is just excessive; e.g. my wipers worked perfectly fine going in, however they reported that they needed to be replaced. I consider this suspect. Contact there communicates very well and ensured I was OK with any changes / updates prior to. The biggest issue I have is suspect “needs” and the price to fix - it’s all excessive. Worse than the BMW dealership I used to use when I was driving a bmw. Granted I realize that dealership maintenance is more expensive. But you all are driving people to find other places to perform maintenance.

I arranged everything online and flew from Milwaukee to the dealership to pick up the car. I worked with Reed and the whole process was very efficient and quick - the car was ready for me and the paperwork was quick. Reed addressed all my questions, was very responsive, precise, courteous. If I were to do it again, I would pick Reed. All in all, no complains for the whole process from initial communication to driving my car away.
